The Hong Kong School of Motoring Limited (HKSM), established in 1983, is the first and biggest designated driving school in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. To provide excellent service, it was important for HKSM to collect the opinion of existing students and potential learner drivers. By conducting a survey on existing students’ and potential learner drivers’ preference, a set of key findings has been identified as supporting rationale for HKSM to formulate their strategy for future site selection.
