Different corporate has various “key process” which influences much on the operation efficiency and profit growth – some are sales processes, some are service processes, some are production and quality control processes, some are product designing processes, and some are the entire workflows of collecting customers’ responses to product designs to manufacturing. We shall apply different management tools e.g. Six Sigma, for reforming and optimizing the key processes, in order to deliver better customers’ values by improving product and service quality and making customers’ buying experience more enjoyable.
